{"id":22,"date":"2015-01-27T13:07:00","date_gmt":"2015-01-27T13:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.deltacomputingltd.co.uk\/?page_id=22"},"modified":"2017-04-06T13:28:55","modified_gmt":"2017-04-06T13:28:55","slug":"support","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.deltacomputingltd.co.uk\/?page_id=22","title":{"rendered":"Support"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Delta offer different types of support contracts, Contract &#038; Pre Paid Support and the following service levels apply to them<\/p>\n<p>All support calls are made to our central telephone number and Delta will endeavour to fix the problem over the telephone.<\/p>\n<p>If it is not possible to rectify the problem over the phone Delta will escalate to remote control access.<br \/>\nIf a problem resolution is not achieved via remote control access the problem is escalated to an onsite visit.<\/p>\n<p>Initial response times are as follows<br \/>\nServer problems \/ system crashes \u2013 4 working hours<br \/>\nPC\/Laptop problems \u2013 8 working hours<br \/>\nSupport is provided Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays 09:00hrs to 17:00 hrs<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nSome customers prefer not to have a support contract but still use Delta to provide support at non contract rates.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nThere is no minimum contract term for a support contract.<br \/>\nThe above do not include the cost of replacement parts.
